Need three bedrooms and an actual home to inspect?
Aster Hill has obtained vacant possession. Its published three-bedroom plans run from 846 to 1,077 sq ft. Jack’s 15 October 2026 open-market indication starts from RM627,000 SPA for the 846 sq ft Type A4. The 1,150-home scale and lack of a direct MRT connection are important compromises; inspect the selected unit, lifts and commute.
Prefer a compact home and a future rail link?
Aurum Suites offers a 527 sq ft one-bedroom Type A and a 679 sq ft two-bedroom Type B. Jack’s SPA indications, reconfirmed on 14 October 2026, are RM390,000 and RM530,000 respectively. Its covered MRT link is planned for project completion and cannot be used today. Check the final route, selected parking allocation and written package.
Compare ownership cost for the home you would buy
The smaller Aurum Type A is not a lower-priced substitute for Aster Hill’s three-bedroom home. Match the bedroom requirement first, then compare the current written SPA quotations, financing, parking and recurring charges. Do not assume the planned MRT link or a lower entry amount makes either purchase a better investment.
