How your enquiry is used
When you submit an enquiry, Jack Liew saves the contact details and preferences you provide to respond to your request, prepare a project shortlist or arrange a call or viewing.
The record includes your source page, selected project shortlist and first/latest referral or campaign information, when available. This may include advertising click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid or wbraid, to understand which visit led to the enquiry. These are stored privately with your contact consent, not published or sent as analytics event parameters. Advertising conversion uploads are not enabled by this website change.
Referral information is kept in your browser session. If you allow analytics, it may also be retained in local browser storage for up to 30 days. Saved and compared project selections use browser storage so the tools work across visits. Your draft contact details are not saved while you type.
Calculator income and results are saved only if you explicitly choose to share your breakdown. Enquiries are stored privately on the hosting server and accessible through the password-protected admin inbox. WhatsApp opens an external service with its own privacy terms.
Optional email updates require a separate unchecked opt-in. Declining updates does not prevent an enquiry or use of the calculators.
Google Analytics and first-party behaviour measurement run only when you allow analytics. Anonymous events include pages, meaningful sections reached, scroll milestones, engagement time and interactions. They exclude phone numbers, email addresses, WhatsApp messages, free-text questions and financial inputs. Query strings are excluded from page addresses. A random browser identifier may help count returning visits; a consented enquiry may link its session to these earlier anonymous events. First-party events are stored privately for up to 90 days.
Advertising storage and personalised audience features run only when you choose Allow analytics & ads and the relevant Google Ads or Meta tag has been configured. These services may then receive page type, project identifier, CTA type and an anonymous high-intent event for audience creation. They do not receive enquiry contact details, WhatsApp text, free-text questions, income or calculator inputs from this measurement system. Choosing Analytics only keeps advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation denied. You can change or withdraw either preference below.
To request access, correction, deletion or to stop updates, contact json7280@gmail.com or Jack on WhatsApp, identifying the contact details used for your enquiry. Jack can delete the record or remove email-update permission in the admin inbox.
