Buy the plan you need, not the largest range
For a family, compare sleeping arrangements, a dining table, storage and a work area using the documented drawings. A broader project range does not prove superior room proportions or privacy. Reject plans that miss the minimum requirement before looking for the lowest price.
A household that comfortably fits a compact plan may prefer avoiding unused space and furnishing costs. A household needing a separate work room or more privacy should check larger types instead of expecting a small plan to serve a different purpose.
Price the size difference over the holding period
Obtain the selected unit's purchase price and management charges. Compare mortgage, recurring costs and furnishing under identical assumptions. A larger home can be affordable to buy but uncomfortable to maintain if the budget stops at the instalment.
This comparison uses retained published records as reviewed on 23 September 2026. Current like-for-like unit prices, charges and measured room clearances are not established, so no cost or layout-efficiency winner is declared.
